T-3 pool cover won't open

I have over 10 years old T-3 pool cover. It closes with no problem but won't open. All clutches are engaged properly. The rod that's going into the main drum is spinning. The other end of main drum does not. While motor is running to open the cover I was pushing the drum/vinyl by hand to help turning it. This was cover was opened. Seems like whatever is holding the drum to the rod is off or broken.

What can be the problem? Any idea?

Where is that pin? On the attached photo you can see motor rod that is spinning when the motor is on, but the cover drum is not.

My understanding is that if the pin was broken the left clutch ( closest to the cover drum) would not engage and the motor roud would not rotate.

I checked. Looks like the pin is there. It doesn't go above the surface of the clutch but the clutch seems to be engaged. If not the rod going into the drum would not be spinning.
But I'd like to buy 2" x 1/4" pins anyway. I heard they are sold on Amazon. Do you have the link? Or any other sources?

Get stainless steel.

I received pins. But that's not the problem. I'm attaching this pin photo and also the video showing how the clutch is engaged and all rods are rotating. But the cover drum is not rotating unless I help by hands.

Looks like the pin is solid, not hollow. I couldn't even get it out. Even wiith hole punch. Per my photo it is fully engage on one side, bit on the other side of the clutch the pin iis shorter and does not reach the surface of the inner rod. Not sure if this iis correct. But the clutch is engage, so not sure if this is the problem.

That's not good because it gives you no protection.

The pin is like a circuit breaker, designed to break at a specific amount of stress to protect the ropes and other parts.

You need to take it all apart, check everything, replace any bad parts and then rebuild it.
