Fixed. All screws holding the end hub to the cover drum were stripped. So the end hub was spinning inside the drum. Drilling 4 holes thru the drum into the hub and putting screws in fixed the problem.

Hey Pritsker, I think I have the same issue, but I'm not sure I understand what you did to fix it. Are you talking about the hub on the side opposite to where the motor is? I didn't even think to look on that side. If you can take a picture of what you did that would be very helpful.
