T-3 cell on 700 gl spa — keep it dialed low? too much?

I am thinking about putting a T-3 Hayward Salt Cell on my 700 gallon spa. The T-3 is rated for 15k gallons. Has anybody tried this and successfully dialed the production down low enough for the chlorine level to not be overkill?

Use Effects of Adding Chemicals in the Poolmath app. It shows if you run it 1 hour at 100% it will add 3.8 ppm to the spa. So entirely controllable.
