Syncing pool math to logs?

I added pool specs several weeks ago.
Someone said a few days ago that I need to add them.
Was told yesterday that log cannot be seen?
I enabled it on pool math.
Could someone check if log can be viewed?

Not yet. Log out of the app and log back in. See if that triggers the update.

The logs will not be shared unless you use the same username and password for both Poolmath and logging into Troublefreepool.com

Not sure I understand. As long as you paid for the Premium subscription and used your Troublefreepool.com login, it should share the logs.

When I enter my user name Kathleen2252, a password cannot be entered.
I'm ready to give up.

Looking at the server it appears you’ve setup an account using Google Social Login only. It also appears that you’ve got a few days worth of data there, but not much. Because you’re using a social login it unfortunately will not sync to be displayed on TFP.

That said, I’m thinking we can easily bump items over to a second PoolMath account, which is what I suspect you’re trying to do. Can you follow the steps below,

1. Force close the App
2. Reopen the App
3. On the main login page insert your TFP Username (Kathleen2252) in the first field. Do NOT click on any of the social login fields.
4. Next, insert your password that you use on TFP into the password field

Try that and let me know if it gives you any sort of error messages. If it does, what messages does it give you.

Ok.
The only reason I used Google is that it does not let me type in a password.
Its still goofed up.
No way to enter password.

Here it is. As you can see, password area is dimmed and cannot type in password.

I gave posted several times for help. There is nothing I can do to fix.
I cannot log in at all.
Can someone PLEASE reset my account?

Cant enter a password.
"Forgot password?" doesn't work either.
The app appears to be frozen
