Supplying own waterline tile and grout/supplies - help please :)

Long story short, I am supplying my own tile and grout to my pool guy, and just paying him for the installation of it. It is a 6x6 ceramic (see pic if interested). Can anyone tell me exactly what to buy? I know it should be a specific type of grout but that's all I know :/ Thank you!

I can understand you buying your own tile, but your builder really should be the one to buy the installation supplies.

My tile installer used C-cure Multiset 917 and MP Sanded 924. Product data on both appear to be acceptable for this application.

I agree with this. Also, your pool had better be dead level or that tile pattern will shout out any variations

He ended up supplying himself. I, too, thought it odd that he was asking this just bc I picked out and ordered tile separately. It's been an interesting journey with this guy unfortunately. I'm praying the pebble comes out ok and we can be done.
