Pool construction will be starting this coming week. We previously discussed with our pool builder about adding a sun deck. The kit he ordered did not come with walls/parts for a sun deck. He mentioned that he will form out of rebar and concrete. Will have 2-3 steps coming down to a 4’ bottom. I’ve seen in other Pool plans that those kits had specials panels/stairs for the liner to “fit in to”. Is forming one from a scratch a good idea? Will the liner want to pull away from the ledge and steps over time? Any thoughts or opinions are appreciated. Thanks.

The liner that came with the current kit will NOT work if he adds a shelf and steps. He needs to get you a custom liner that will have it set for the shelf and steps
