Stuck chlorinator Cap

Anyone have a trick to getting the chlorinator cap off. thank you

If the chlorinator cap has that castle tower look, you might be able to span those top tabs with something and use that something to give you more leverage. Then your issue is holding the base as you spin the top.

Also BP, some love taps with a hammer around the seal area may help break it free. But be careful not to break it - break it.
