Still Green and Cloudy

Help! We are so baffled. Our pool is still Green and Cloudy after several treatments.
What could be keeping it green?
Currently:
CYA- 65
Chlorine - was 4, just shocked again
Ph- 7.2 (was 7.9 so lowered after still.green)
TA- 60
WE started out with 6 percent bleach and SLAMMED pool. Stayed green. Chlorine dropped 6 and pH high 7.9
Tried again but we were so busy used 2 bags shock, algaecide and clarifier. We are still Green and Cloudy.

I suggest you read the SLAM Process article. You are not following it.

With your CYA of 70, your SLAM level FC is 28 ppm. Use liquid chlorine to raise it to that level. Then test the FC every few hours and add liquid chlorine to raise the FC back to 28 ppm.
