Staggering/Stacking Gunite Spa Jets?

I am wanting a spa that has different height jets I am 5'2 my husband is 6"3. I also would like to either to have two on top one on the bottom of back maybe a calf one and a foot one. So like two seats and then the rest of spa could have single jets. When lots of people come I thought I could close up most of the seat jets so the water is redirected to the single jets.

I met a custom pool builder who said he builds his spas with the loop on the bottom of the spa and then tees up to the height you want your jet to be that way they all have the same pressure. At least that is what I remember him explaining. He also had a knob for each jet to control the air I think it was. They were on top of the coping. I think he called them air dials... he had that for each manifold of jets that he often did himself though I know you can buy them already done.
Waterway jets you can turn the knob and it makes the flow more or less is that different than the air dial on top for each jet?

Anybody built a spa like that with the loop on the bottom instead in the middle doing two loops?

Where to begin...?
Have you considered a portable spa? I just flipped a nice Viking tub that had 8 seats, each at a different depth to accomodate any size of user. They are more comfortable and user-friendly too. You may have to shop a bit, but I'm sure you can find one that fits your needs.

I hope you are mis-remembering, as that is not how it works.
Equal pressure at every jet is a fantasy that defies the laws of physics, but you can get to where it's virtually unnoticeable. The best way is with a manifold, but even that's not perfect. The height of the "loop" has no effect on pressure, and a loop of tees is not even close to a manifold.

Not for each jet usually, but for "zones".

Yes.

They've built them all kinds of ways, but probably not as you describe as there is no reason to do so and it would add expense.
Where he putting a multi-port manifold in the center under the spa it may have that effect, but then you'd have winterization problems and be digging it up after it froze anyway.
The standard is the standard for a reason, they didn't just start building these last year. There are bigger concerns than equal jet pressure.

Thanks for replying. I was going to get a bullfrog but my husband wants the look of the pool spa combo. He does not want the look of hot tubs even if it was dropped in a vault. I want more jets

He is a custom pool spa builder and does commercial too. I might of missed something but I am 99% sure he said he does his loop on the bottom and brings each pipe up to the height he wants it at for short people or talk people.

I just wondered if anybody else did that.
