Spillover issue?

Recently when running the spillover I have noticed water forming under the spill over and falling on to the stone. I never used to do this.

Any ideas of what could be happening? I don't see any cracks.

If it used to work like you want, and now does not... Then most likely your filter is dirty.

A dirty filter will cause less flow and the problem that you are seeing.

If we understand your description, then indeed low flow. I set my valves so that the spillover just clears the tile behind the waterfall when the pump is on low speed. When it starts to trickle back and run down the tile that becomes my "automatic reminder" to clean the filter
