Probably best to recap.
Your main issue was/is cloudy water on occasion. That can be a filter issue or a chemical issue or combination.
Then there was a comment that spa constantly cascades into the pool. That drives up pH. So more attention to that detail.
The Jandy automation system allows a Spillover Mode which can be scheduled. This avoids having the spa constantly flow to the pool.
If you or OK with constant flow from spa to pool then nothing needs to be changed.
If you want to Schedule Spillover mode then that requires changing some things in automation and wiring.
I want to ensure we are all using the same technology and info. I refer to your post # 10 which showed some photos, in which one was the panel of the Jandy automation. I reposted that same photo in post #14
The labels on the panel show AUX1 is cleaner (which is the booster pump), Aux 2 is pool light, Aux 3 is Spa Pump and Aux 4 is Blower.
This is what I am basing my feedback on. Based on the photo in post #19, the labels are not correct .
If you want to automate Spillover there are 2 items that need to be changed
First is the dipswitch #3 has to be ON. Then nothing can be plugged into the HP Relay socket. You would need to move it to AUX 6 if that is vacant and no digital commands are being sent to it.
Terminology can be part of the confusing. There is a Cleaner that requires a “booster pump: which always needs to be AUX 1 (that appears correct in your photos). You have added a Spa Booster Pump to Aux 3 which is fine, just always call it Spa Booster Pump so it is not interpreted as the Cleaner booster pump.
Let us know what to do but on the cloudy issue, suggest you post a full set of test results.
