Spa Set Temp Mode w

My spa seems to turn on the heater whenever the water temp hits below 40, the set point is 40, I can't seem to go lower on that on temperature. I leave my pump running 24x7x365. Is there a way to disable this?

Is the heater being controlled by automation or just heater itself??

If just the heater you can just shut the heater off.

If by an automation system, you should be able to set it so that the heater will not come on unless you manually turn it on..

It is coming on automation is my best guess, but cycling through I could not find a way to shut off the set points. There is a setting for manual I will check that out.
