Spa draining into pool at night

My pool is only a couple of years old now but I have been experiencing the spa draining down into pool off and on over the past few months. It just started doing it again. Its likely a check valve issue but the return side has 2 of them. Which one is the culprit or maybe both?

Your pic shows the Return side valves... The suction side is in front of your pump and usually have very little to do with the spa draining down.

The problem should be the check valve in the Return plumbing.

90% of the time it will be with the check valve that is just above the manual valve and electrical box, in your pic..

The only other check valve in the pic, is the one before your SWCG. That check valve has nothing to do with the Spa and is not really needed as you do not have a chlorine tablet feeder.

Yea Return side, I caught myself and edited it.
Are all Jandy Check Valves the same and use the 7056 kit?

Turn the valve off that is below the check valve to see if that is the issue. It will shut off your spillover.

If you wish, you can program your automation to just use the normal spa jets to refresh the spa water a couple times per day.
