Spa Blower Piping Question

I am trying to figure out the piping arrangement for the pool at the new house we just bought. Where do y'all think the Blower ties into the spa return? In the photo attached there appears to be two return lines for the Spa?

It's process of elimination. Turn the valve one way and see what that does and then other way.

The spa air line runs separately to the spa and joins with each jet at a manifold to combine air with water.

I think each of the spa return lines runs to different set of jets. I don’t think they are interconnected.

My guess is the valve lets you select one set of jets to get more pressure from the jets or have both pipes flowing for all jets.
