Running OmniLogic with 100% Hayward equipment, decided to test system today and Spa Blower not coming on. I can hear the relay click when the command is initiated on the Omni control pad but nothing coming on. I confirmed the switch is in the on position. Anyone else replaced this recently, is at a DIY job?

What brand and model spa blower do you have?

Have you checked if a breaker has tripped?

IMG_6381.jpegMuch of the labelling is burned off from the sun damage but it looks like a "Silencer" Air Supply in Florida

Im guessing its 240V as there are two yellow wires coming from the OmniLogic panel. When the OmniLogic relay clicks I confirmed power in both yellow wires and also the black wire going to the blower motor.

Are you using a voltage meter?
With the switch "on," test between the black and red wire at the switch. You should have 240V between them. You need a meter to do this test, not a "voltage stick" that only tells that power is there, but not the voltage or where it is.

Tested between the yellows and reading is 241V........switch up/on tested Black/RED wires at switch terminals reading is 288V

One question, the switch was put in there years before I installed automation. So there is no need for a switch there now cant it just be hardwired together and OmniLogic controls it?

One yellow to black
One yellow to Red

Yes, wire nut the wires together.

Wired the Blower together bypassed switch, hit the OmniLogic control panel, heard the relay click but no Blower. Its dead!

Its original from 2007 so pretty good run, new one from Backyard Pool SuperStore is $170 with Free Shipping so not too big of a hit.
