SoftTub keeps running

I have an older style softub the pump runs continuously and wont shut off I had the heat sensor replaced but the problem still persisted I then changed the circuit board and problem is still there. I have run hot water into the intake and no matter where I set the dial the pump will not shut off Any ideas of where to go next

Did you solve the issue? We are having the same problem with a softub 300 gallon where it just keeps running and won’t shut off heating the water up super hot.

I had the same problem with my 300 temperature dial model. it sounded like a faulty relay. Sure enough, when I took it apart, it was welded from arcing. I ground down the contact points and it’s been running fine for weeks. If you send me a picture of the circuitboard, I can point out where the relays are. They are pretty easy to fix if that’s your problem.
