So my Hayward SuperPump might be on its death bed

Every day it sounds a little bit more the worse for wear. I'm going to run it until the end but I started looking for a replacement this morning. And I was surprised that they don't make the single speed 1.5 HP anymore. Anyone have a recommendation for a replacement that accepts 1.5" connections.
 
Then you have options. There are VS motors that can bolt directly to your existing wet end. You would need to insure the impeller is correct size and get proper seals, etc. Inyopools can help you with that.
Or you can get a complete VS pump. All the major brands have them, or you can look at the Calimar VS pump.

The 1.5" connections matter not. You can just use adapters.

The Calimar VS pump is very reasonably priced. Do they sell motors that can be fitted to an existing Hayward Superpump? I didn't see any Calimar motors online, wondering I just couldn't find it.
