That’s pretty much exactly how it went! hahaI can hear it now....."Honey I found a rock." "Okay, dig it up." Many adult words later you find the whole thing! Clean it up and put it just off the deck as a statement piece!

It was ridiculous!...we were cracking up!Regarding the rock...…...Yup, been there before too! small little "stone" ended up being a boulder for sure.
I would like to take and post pics the same day, but by the time we get done, it’s too dark!Loving watching the progress. And the view from the kitchen window - priceless.![]()
Haha...yup, every rock you see (and some you don’t) in that pic came out of that hole. All of those rocks came out the hole?We are going to name your property "Rocky Haven"!
Thank you sir!Having fun watching the build come together! Looks solid so far.
My father in law and I finished leveling the side rails tonight. We also double checked and adjusted each support block to make sure everything is on the same plane and level...I think we’re good!
I have to work both jobs tomorrow, so Friday after work I will do a final rake then start bringing the sand in!
Sorry, no pics...it was already dark when we got done. Plus it doesn’t look any different right now.
Thanks!...he has helped me a ton on this project so far!Bet that other pair of eyes and hands really helped! Good job working with your FIL!

I actually found a pdf of an instruction manual for a different model Esther Williams oval pool, which to my surprise had a lot of important info that we need to build this pool!Partsman,
I'm just curious...... How much sand will you use to cover the whole area?
I hope the weather holds out for y'all over the next couple of days.![]()
