Skimmer replacement today

I just have some questions about the skimmer replacement install today.
Took out old cracked ones from my 1980's or older pool.
Installed two Pentair Bermuda's.
I know they are coming back tomorrow but I dont see any rebar in their supplies/equipment they left here.
Do these look like they are positioned right?
One looks crooked but it is on a curve on my pool.
I see old rebar only left in there and other rebar scraps outside in trash.
Is the rebar added just before the concrete or is it supposed to be at "this" stage when they are building up the throat?
I am just a youtube watcher so not sure what is right, wrong of concern.

Rebar isn't necessary for the skimmer. As long as its level where it should be and supported while the cement is poured it'll be fine.

Ok, that is good to know. I did reach out to the PB and they said they were coming back to reinforce tomorrow, so I guess they are doing ok here with my backseat driving lol. Thanks!
