One of my slimmers has no suction, the other one works great. I've tried to snake the skimmer and can't seem to find out what the issue is. Any suggestions??

I doubt anything is 'wrong', but it really depends on how your skimmers are plumbed.
I suspect that the skimmer that does not work if much farther away from the equipment pad, compared to the skimmer that does work.
Do your skimmer have individual control valves at the equipment pad, or are both skimmers on the same pipe at the pad?
Show us some pics of your plumbing before your main pool pump.

No suction at all? I doubt it?
Have you put some food dye in the skimmer and seen if it goes down the pipe?
As Jim said, one skimmer usually has better suction then the other.
Your skimmers have weir doors?
