Screenlogic Connected but not Communicating

I came back from a month long trip and my screenlogic app is no longer working. I’m in FL so we often have storms and prolonged power outages. I can connect to the app but it doesn’t show temperatures and the controls can be used/turned on in the app but they aren’t turning anything on in my pool.

I’ve tried to troubleshoot but can’t seem to find my specific issue anywhere… outdoor antenna has a solid red power light and the 485 Link is flashing red. My indoor protocol adapter is solid red light and the indoor antenna is quickly flashing green. (Photos of both attached as I can’t upload video).

Is this something I can troubleshoot or do I need a technician?!

Not sure if it’s worth mentioning/communicates through the same channel but I have the actual Pentair easytouch remote that also has “no comm”

RPS,

ScreenLogic and your Pentair Remote use different links..

If both have no com then I would assume you have a Com port issue.

The very first troubleshooting step is to disconnect everything from the RS-485 bus except the pump. (Assumes you have an IntelliFlo pump.) Then see if the pump's display shows "Display not active".. Do not connect or disconnect any RS-485 connections with the power on to the EasyTouch.
