Screenlogic Connect stopped working well

My Screenlogic connect does NOT show the Gas Heater. The heater can be activated from the EasyTouch panel. Pentair says they’re suppose to have an update to the App but I can’t see it. The service rep couldn’t see it either. Everything else works. Anyone has seen the same issue? Any word from Pentair as to when the App will be updated?

Tell me again what ScreenLogic does not do? Can you adjust the set point up and down?

Give me a sequence of what you are doing and what does not work..

In the Pool/Spa Pool tab, it shows the pool and set points temperatures fine. Below it shows off/H Pump Pref/H Pump Only. It does not show, the gas heater/Hybrid/Dual, as it did until Tuesday
 
You are sure you are speaking about ScreenLogic? My app is the same one I started with over 4 years ago and it shows never having been updated.

Yes I am 100% sure of what I am saying. I know the App hasn’t been updated in 4 years, I know how to read in the App Store, but again, the Pentair rep said it has been updated. She was surprised that neither myself nor her could see the updated version in the store. I am trying to see if someone else is having the same issue. But to have the same issue one has to have a gas heater connected to the EasyTough panel or else everything would look fine. Thanks anyways.
