Hi there, it's my first time asking for help here and I don't really know much about pools beyond a lot of google searching. I've got a pretty old Save-T 2 Pool Cover that was working until this afternoon. When I tried to open up the cover, there was a loud snap and the shear pin broke. I replaced it but it seems that it won't still won't open. The center rod spins around and that's about it. I did try closing it while it was already closed to check out what might happen and that seemed to pull the ropes and pulley system but trying to open it does nothing. My uninformed and uneducated guess is that the end hub assembly got messed up. I've attached a short mp4 to show what it looks like.
