Saratoga Special Edition

Hi All. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, I found a Saratoga special edition in stock at a local store. It's been up and running for a week and I like it but have 2 issues. It doesn't have a dedicated heater recirc pump and using one of the jet pumps on low speed. It's a little noisy in my opinion. Not as quite as my old spa. Any input on that? I haven't double checked the temp but 104 doesn't feel like 104 so I'd like to use a feature called "special temp". There are 2 choices 105 or 106 but I can't seem to get the temp to stick. The manual doesn't cover it. Any help would be appreciated.

Couple pics

Thanks Couper

No, I never see the new ones. I won't deal with warranty BS, so only see them once they are out of warranty.
24/7 circulation is best for ozone/ UV systems, but not really necessary otherwise. I'm sure you can program it so that the pump is not running at inconvenient times (3 am).
The important thing to remember, and the reason most spas only heat to 104*, is hyperthermia. After about 15 minutes or so in hot water your core temperature will be climbing rapidly. That is a seriously high fever, and can have serious health implications. Add in a couple of drinks and you've got a fair chance of never leaving your tub. So use caution, and set your temperature appropriately for your use. A quick soak is fine at high temps, but if you plan to lounge around in there, keep it lower. The risks of high temperatures far outweigh the benefits.

Good Morning. Thanks AJW & RD. I'm normally only in for 15 min and I rarely drink........never when home. I appreciate your warning and concern. I'd like to use that special temp option just so its hotter when i first get in but cant seem to figure it out. I'm gona call Saratoga tomorrow and will report back. Have a great day guys
