I recently converted my 19,000 gallon in ground gunite pool to salt water. I do not have scaling at or below the waterline; however, after a pool party with a lot of splashing, there is a white haze on the tile and bricks above and around the edge of the pool. I can wipe it up with some heavy scrubbing and fresh tap water from a hose. Is this salt left behind from evaporated water when swimmers splash and/or get in and out the pool? If so, is there anything that can be put in the water to treat it to prevent this from happening? My pool chemistry is as follows: TC 10.5, CYA 150, Salt 3900, TA 100, CH 350, and Ph 7.4. I have chlorine high due to high CYA from previous owners. I plane to drain 60% of my water next week and refill to get all areas in the recommended range of pool math app.

Well, it is some kind of solids that are left behind when the water evaporates. Partially salt, CYA, calcium, etc.
No there is nothing you can add to the water to have it not leave deposits.
You may just have to spray everything down with a hose after use.
