Thanks to all the information I’ve learned on this site we are removing the UV lamp from our upcoming build.
Question is now whether to get the salt water generator or not. The forums don’t seem to push one way or the other- other than the fact many people are very relieved of not having to go around buying jugs of chlorine... on the flip side the corrosion issue- in reality seems to be a non issue.... it seems to be a 50 year thing before the salt eats away things... We are using travertine decking and no pool ladder to corrode away. Thoughts?
