Two weeks ago my system was beeping and when I checked it the system was flashing LO which made since because we had been in 30s/40s for several days. Last week our temps went up significantly to the 70s/80s and remained that way this week. Over the weekend I noticed that my cell was at 0% production and it was time to clean it. There was some build up that came off fairly easily. We have a Nature 2 Fusion Soft 1400 Salt Cell and it was replaced in July, 2024. I restarted the system in service and set the salt production to 20% and let it run in service for a little bit to set the salt production. When I switched it back to auto the salt production went to 0%. My remote also, stopped showing the water temperature. For pool it shows --, but the air temperature has a number. I manually measured the water temp and it was 61 degrees which should have allowed the salt cell to come on when it was in auto. Any reason why my cell will show production in service but not auto?

Fix your water temperature sensor.

The Aqualink will not run the SWG when it does not know the water temperature.

In SERVICE mode the Aquapure runs standalone and uses its own temperature sensor.
