Hey Pool Friends! I discovered a few rust spots recently. Could they be caused by fertilizer? What can I use to get rid of them? Your help is most appreciated!

It's possible. Try some crushed vitamin c tablets in a nylon first though. See if that does anything. If it does, it's iron-based. If the doesn't go away or gets darker, try some dry acid in a nylon or sock if you have some to rule-out copper.
