Wet Edge Luna Quartz White Spots

I have a 1 year old renovated Luna Quartz Wet Edge pool.

I have whote spots that have continuusly come back. The installer did the 30 day start up.

I have religiously had the water tested and did any chems that were needed during rhe pool season.

The installer closed and opened my pool

Prior to closing they performed a hot close which I guess is an acid bath.

The spots came back. My chems are good currently.

Any help is appreciated
