Stop adding anything from Leslies unless it's liquid chlorine or muriatic acid. What does an OCLT tell you? Wait, you don't have a test kit yet. Get a proper kit and show us the test results. In the meantime you need to keep the chlorine up so add 1/3-1/2 gallon of chlorine per day until you get a good kit.

Goog ol' Leslie's, does not list anything for ingredients for the NoPhos or the Clarifier, even in their required MSDS reports. So unknown if you had a chem reaction. They do note to not use NoPhos right after the conditioner.
We can't at all trust their numbers, but if your CYA is really now at ~40, you would need a Cl level of 5-7 after the SLAM. Their sheet says you were about 3. So that would tell the tale - an algae bloom.
But all this is speculation, as all we know for sure is that their testing is ALWAYS wrong.
You spent about $112 in chems from them, and it didn't work. So invest less than that in a good test kit, and we can get you back to a really clear pool for far, far less.

Liquid chlorine is safe for any pool surface, just don't add it or any chemicals into the skimmer. You always want to add them into a return stream in the pool while the filter is running. If the filter isn't running then it needs to be brushed in to mix the chemical. The kit most of us use is the TF Pro which has the speed stir. I have it and love it. Plus, TF ships quicker than Taylor does. While we also recommend the Taylor K2006c kit don't buy it on Amazon as you'll not know how old the reagents are. TF always has fresh reagents in their kits.
Liquid chlorine is VERY safe for any pool surface. Just make sure the pump is running so it mixes in good. You will want to pour it into your pool right over a return. To be extra safe you can brush that area after you get done pouring.

Now you might want to go ahead and order this: SLAM Option as my gut says you are going to have to SLAM the pool as I am leaning towards algae .
tftestkits.net was started by a member of this forum, who saw a need for a kit tailored around the recommendations on this forum. No other connection. The kit from Taylor is the same basic one, BUT tftestkits resized it to better accommodate actual use. The base Taylor kit may be initially a bit cheaper, but you'll need refills much sooner. Ordering direct from Taylor can prove to be a many, many week wait. Amazon has it also, but the test chems do expire, and Amazon has had a bad track record on that front. Tftestkits ships quickly (although not Amazon quick), gives you what you need, and it is always very fresh. Plus they offer the magnetic stirrer - which is a huge convenience (I recommend the SmartStir over the Taylor). Except for the possible SLAM option, you won't need any of the other add-ons.
In the stream of water coming from a sidewall return, if you have one. If you don't then put it into the deep end and mix it with a brush. I have a venturi skimmer so that is my sidewall stream that I use.
Ok. We are waiting for our test kits to arrive. Any particular liquid chlorine to use?

I totally agree with the suggestion for the SpeedStir. My drop testing is so much faster using mine, I love it and I bought it off the TFTestkits site.
