Resin or steel wall in Ohio

Our pool didn't survive the last wind storm we had. We are looking at another steel wall pool with resin components and a pool with all resin including the wall.
Would Ohio weather be a problem with a Resin wall?
I've been trying to find information on resin walls and winter weather but there doesn't seem to be a lot of information.
