How would I remove a user from the app? Any thoughts other than a complete factory reset at the pump?

You can go into Pentair HOME -> MENU -> EDIT PROFILE ->
DELETE ACCOUNT
but I am not sure that is what you are looking to do?
Are you trying to connect to an Intelliflo3 pump that a prior owner had the app connected to?
