It has been a been a week since my pool finished filling. I have one area of staining. As water was filling up the deep end, water some how made it back through the system and came out of one skimmer. This skimmer is about 3/4 inch lower than the other skimmer. There was a lot of construction debris and a little left over organic debris in the skimmer. I was able to quickly turn my jandy values so that the water stopped, but the damage was done.
The PB sent a crew out that sanded the stain, but the diver had a hard time seeing the stain especially as he moved towards the deep end. It was a windy day, so it was hard to see, but very obvious when there isn't any wind to disturb the surface tension. I may have them come out and try again, or should I wait until the plaster finishes curing and try to remove it with a puck? I think right now it is a combo of water/organic staining as there is a slight brownish hue. Thoughts on how I should proceed?

I haven't really seen any plaster dust after the 2nd day, is this common? In fact, during the first two days, the dust was very, very minimal and certainly not enough to raise my filter pressure.
My acid demand is finally leveling off. Last weekend I was making large adjustments two or three times day and now I'm going 20 hours and my PH is still 7.5, TA is 100 (down from 120).
Of course the PB claims that my FC shouldn't exceed 3 and that my CYA needs to be 30 to 50. They haven't seen the chlorine/CYA chart.
