I turned the dolphin on when I couldn't continue brushing it.Reference the stabilizer on the pool floor - you can use your robot to capture it. It should not be left to sit on the pool floor.
Good job!I turned the dolphin on when I couldn't continue brushing it.![]()

CYA 50
Did you add stabilizer?CYA is now 40
Yes, added the stabilizer yesterday, 48 oz via 2 socks hanging in pool.Did you add stabilizer?
Only test FC during the SLAM Process.
If you are confident of the CYA 50 level, then SLAM Level FC is 20 ppm. Raise the FC to that level.
Don't be so hard on yourself. It's a small learning curve, but you'll get it.feel stupid that I missed that,
How many times a day is it ok to vacuum? Twice? i know, i am weird, i like to vacuum the pool - it's cathartic, i get to catch some rays and listen to music all the while having a great excuse!!Don't be so hard on yourself. It's a small learning curve, but you'll get it.![]()
10-4 buddyNo worries - we all miss things.
Use the SLAM level based on your CYA level. Your latest CYA result was 50, so SLAM FC is 20.
Add no other chemicals but liquid chlorine to maintain SLAM level FC.
Don't test anything but FC until your pool is clear - then do the Overnight Chlorine Loss Test to see if you pass.
I am going to wait 15 minutes or so before I add the liquid chlorine just in case somebody out there tells me to do something different.Just tested, FC is down to 12 that is really weird. Anyway for slam population it says to add 128 Oz liquid chlorine so that's what I'm going to do. Does that sound about right to you guys?
I am still trying to figure out how to get poolmath and trouble-free pool to link so you can see my logs, I've sent an email in hopefully I'll get an answer soon.
