Questions about levels, why I am getting skewed results, and quick thoughts, advice while I wait to receive one of your test kits

Reference the stabilizer on the pool floor - you can use your robot to capture it. It should not be left to sit on the pool floor.

Did you add stabilizer?
Only test FC during the SLAM Process.

If you are confident of the CYA 50 level, then SLAM Level FC is 20 ppm. Raise the FC to that level.
Yes, added the stabilizer yesterday, 48 oz via 2 socks hanging in pool.
In process of vacuuming then will add liquid chlorine., in the process of vacuuming, correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you should vacuum after you add the chlorine because it suck up some of the chlorine that you added? That's just my logic, like I said might be wrong.

Should I change the chlorine generator at all?

We recommend the SWCG off during the SLAM as it does not add significant FC based on SLAM needs and will skew progress. Also it needs to be off for OCLT and this way it is not forgotten.
As stated in the article SLAM Process
If you have a salt water chlorine generator, chlorine tablet dispenser, injection pump, or Liquidator, turn it off for the duration of the SLAM process. SLAM by adding liquid chlorine only for best results.

No worries - we all miss things.

Use the SLAM level based on your CYA level. Your latest CYA result was 50, so SLAM FC is 20.
Add no other chemicals but liquid chlorine to maintain SLAM level FC.
Don't test anything but FC until your pool is clear - then do the Overnight Chlorine Loss Test to see if you pass.

10-4 buddy ;)
i haven't tested anything else - figured if SLAM didn't say to do it then don't do it. sometimes i am just way too intelligent :D

Just tested, FC is down to 12 that is really weird. Anyway for slam population it says to add 128 Oz liquid chlorine so that's what I'm going to do. Does that sound about right to you guys?
I am still trying to figure out how to get poolmath and trouble-free pool to link so you can see my logs, I've sent an email in hopefully I'll get an answer soon.

I am going to wait 15 minutes or so before I add the liquid chlorine just in case somebody out there tells me to do something different.
