"Pump part" found in spa?

Any idea what this part may be, found it on the bottom of my spa this morning. Hard plastic, 1/2" od x 1/4" id x 3/16 thick. Item has a groove and a step.

Without seeing the rest of your system, hard to say, but doesn't look pool related.

I'll take a stab at it. Some type of Grommet. No comment on the origin.
