Pump not working at all now

A few days ago I posted on here about a noise my pump was making. The pump display was reading not active but since it was being controlled by a smart system I was told that was OK. Pump still seem to be working. Now, the pump display changed and the pump doesn’t seem to be working at all. I hit the reset button on the panel thinking that would do something, but it didn’t. Any ideas how I can get the display to read not active so my pump would actually work again?

It appears that it lost communication with the EasyTouch panel. Check the comm cable for damage like cuts or kinks. Remove connector to pump and look for any signs of corrosion on pins. Is the comm cable attached to connector J20 on the main board or the surge card (as shown below)? Look for any loose wires.

Everything looks connected properly. No corrosion, systems only two or three months old this stage. Appreciate the suggestion though.

32,

Show us a better pic of the SWCG surge card so that we can see all three connectors at the bottom.

Also, we need to see the back of the main card showing anything connected to J20 the com port.

Show us a pic of your pumps so that we can see all of them..

Thanks,

Jim R.
