Pump motor noise

I got this slightly used motor late spring and it was super quite until about a month ago. Also got new impeller with new ring.
Now I hear some noise (video) (audio) I think in impeller area, but not 100% sure.
Pump basket is new, no holes in it.

Could chipped concrete paint (link) be causing this type of noise?

Should I take pump appart now, or can it wait until October?

Those chips of concrete could have damaged the impeller. It may have jammed and then broken at the shaft, 2hp is very strong. Opening the pump is necessary to be sure. If that is not a "Northstar" motor (it doesn't appear to be) hopefully it is one size larger than the pump had originally.
Motors made Northstar pumps had higher service factors and were necessary for replacement.
