Pump Making a New Not So Good Sound

Hello Everyone - I have a pentair variable speed pump. It is about 6 years old. When it is starting up, I am hearing a new sound that sounds like a clicking sound and then when it gains speed it goes away and sounds normal again. Could this be a sleeve bearing that is going bad or maybe an electronic issue?

Any thoughts?
Can these pumps be rebuilt?
