PSA - Get your bleach early!

This is just a public service announcement not to wait until the last minute to get your bleach. I just got back from Safeway to get 4 gallons of bleach as a pre-opening booster for my SWG pool. They were already low on bleach. Last year right around mid-April when trying to combat my neighbor's bacteria issue we could not find any bleach anywhere! Don't wait!

Walmart is stocked here. I just grabbed 9 to get me till I start up my cell again. They have the 3 vs 2 packs this year of 10%

I was about to go out and buy more bleach, then it dawned on me; I have a big bucket of trichlor tabs AND my CYA is low anyway from winterizing. So in went 3 tabs. What is the shelf life on trichlor tabs? Mine are coming up on 2 years old.

Not a problem as long as they were kept dry.
