What chemicals do I need to add to a pool that has been emptied and refilled with new clean water. It holds 15, 000 gallons and it's an in ground pool!!
I will receive the test kid in the mail by Wednesday. I also orden ph increaser, alkalinity increaser, calcium invreaser, and the CYA. There is no other chemical in my pool except for the FC at this moment. I will wait till next week to post and update. Thanks

I wish you discussed that here first. You may not need any of it depending on your fill water. pH can be increased for free by aerating the water. Alkalinity can be increased with plain old baking soda for a third of the price of 'pool branded' baking soda.
Your fill water is going to come at some pH and already have some alkalinity, calcium, salt, and perhaps other attributes. To start off, a little light reading is in order. Start with what to know before you post and TFPC for Beginners.
Please report back here once you've filled in your signature line so we know a bit more about what we're working with and can get you started in the right direction until your test kit arrives.
later, once we have your test results, we'll head over to PoolMath to see what needs to be done to complete balancing your sparkly new water. It's likely that you can return some of the chemicals you picked up. There are some you may not need and, going forward, there are less costly (and usually more effective) chems you can use to setup and maintain outrageously clear and sanitary water.
