I'm not certain how quickly Apple sends out the invites, but it's not instant I've noticed. Give it a few and if you haven't got the invite within say an hour drop me a PM and I'll get it resent.

Once the PoolMath app is installed (on iOS), can we go ahead and delete the TestFlight app? When I went to delete TestFlight I got a message saying "Deleting this app will also delete its data." I don't want to screw anything up.
Direct Download from where? The play store or website? Sorry for being a little slow.
