Currently using the free version. Can i log my daily test results even though i dont add chemical and show a history of those results?

Yes you can.
But it will only do one test. You'll have to delete that test to add another. Free version will not log history.
Take the plunge and pay for the full version. It's not expensive and you'll get unlimited test logs.
