This has been going on for a month.
Last week I was finally able to login but now it’s Friday morning, and I’m doing a pool route and can’t use the app.
I got a message saying that I can’t login now that I cannot connect to the cloud. Internet is working!
Before I logged out I was also getting a message cannot connect to the cloud.
Now I cannot even login again. first can someone recommend another app to use for pool professionals second how do we get this resolved?
I already double check the username and password by logging into the fourms this is not working on the pool app. now I can’t even have access again.
I already opened A support ticket last week.
Can someone please look up my name and the information and try to Help? I really don’t have time to be on the forums I’m supposed to be cleaning pools.
