I have all Jandy/Zodiac pool equipment. I cannot turn the pool pump/filter on despite the Aguapure equipment box is turned on. I can turn the pool light on, so the Aquapure control box is functional. On remote control when you turn the pool pump/filter on, it goes from off to on but a sign comes up on screen that pool filter/pump is offline. I have reset the Aquapure control control box but still did not solve the problem. The pool chlorine level has gone to zero since Salt water chlorinator won't work unless pool pump/ filter is working. I will appreciate any input.

You could have a bad breaker that gives power to pump. New code is to use ground fault breaker on pumps. These look like they are not tripped but can be. flip it back an forth hard.
You better get some chlorine in that pool right away, and brush the pool to mix it well. This will keep the pool sanitary until you figure this out. Follow the non-SWG levels while you manually dose bleach.

I have turned the breaker on and off few times, still won't turn the pump on. When I press the test button, the breaker does not turn off. Does it mean it is a faulty breaker?
Since I have always relied on Salt water chlorine generator, I don't know how to increase the chlorine level in the pool manually.
As dom stated, add liquid chlorine in the form of bleach and stir it up manually as best you can.
