I keep getting the error code 10 message on my Polaris. I have checked the cord and motor with a multimeter and it shows they are good. (no breaks in the cord). Any help, could it be the main control board? Also, I found a used control board but it’s for a 9450. Was curious if this control board would run my P965IQ cleaner. The control board looks exactly the same.

Generally this is caused by the cable where it connects to the brain unit. You can take the connector apart (it unscrews on both ends) and you will see corrosion and broken wires. Using an allen wrench, remove the wires (take a picture so you know where they go back) and cut enough off the end to have a new end and reseat and tighten down.
