My polaris sweep tail appears to by floating when the device is running but not floating when off then it is resting on bottom of pool
Polaris 280 sweep tail is floating above the Polaris? Any ideas?

Do you have the foam scrubber on the end of the tail?
What do the tail weights look like? Are they still round or have the bottoms been shaved flat?
