i would hold onto them personally from experience. I had to do 2 minor plaster repairs last spring cause some plaster cracked under my skimmers due to freeze. I'm very very glad my builder was able to get me a bag of my current color and it matched well being it was a very different 4 years later lot. you never know. If we couldn't get a bag it would have been plain white for my fix or whatever patch stuff he mentioned. I got the rest of my bag in my basement where it stays dry for down the road. you just never know. that 350 to me in nothing vs having a clean repair if needed.
If they are really extra you haven’t asked the plaster supplier to take them back? If it’s a standard color they should have no issues with a refund for unused and unopened…
