Leslie’s pool supple said we needed no phos. we put this Crud in our pool and in less than 30 minutes our waterfall wasn’t working and the pools a cloudy mess. What do we do?

The main thing you need to do is quit going to Leslie's..
Their main job is not to help you, but to sell you things.
There is just no reason to be adding Phosfree.
