Pentair Superflo VS won't start after long down time

Hi everyone, looking for some advice.
Had a inside wiring fire back in January and just recently moved back in the house. During this whole time, there's no power. I tried turning it on today and it flashs and nothing. it repeats this every few seconds. Here's a video.

VS Pumps are very sensitive to voltage spikes so the wiring issue may have caused an problem for the pump controller. Did the pump power have a surge protector installed on the line?
